Abbey’s spiritual journey began over 25 years ago in India, where she completed yoga trainings and achieved all levels of Reiki. Since then, she has expanded her path in the holistic arts, weaving together a rich tapestry of healing practices including Crystal Sound Activation, Crystal Healing Therapy, Spiritual Life Coaching, Oracle Reading, Chakradance, Spiritual Art, Cosmic Starseed Connection, Light Language, and Medicine Songs.
