Greetings Kindred
I found it very challenging trying to stay focused whilst doing this video, I think many of us may find that our heads are all over the place! There is a very triggering energy being emitted from this Full Moon Lunar Eclipse, so deep breathing & grounding techniques will help to keep us grounded through this whirlwind time. Listening is good, but 'watching' will be the key that brings in clarity & direction.
