I hope you are all doing well as the energies continue to keep us on the edge of our seats...
This Full Moon does suggest though, that we have all the support we need from the universe to keep going, regardless of any setbacks that we may be experiencing at present.
I suggest deep breathing techniques during this Moon Phase to keep us grounded and focused on one thing at a time and walks in nature to remind us that this world is a beautiful place outside of the man made systems.
