Greetings Kindred


Wishing you a peaceful New Moon. This one may feel especially heavy, even though we’ve grown somewhat accustomed to intense cosmic shifts, we can still hit peaks of overwhelm. Our minds may feel scattered throughout this lunar phase, and as hidden truths begin to surface, things may seem even more confusing.


Gentle grounding practices like deep breathing, salt baths or foot soaks, daily positive affirmations, nature walks, and calming tonics or teas can help keep us centred and in good health.


Energy levels are likely to be low during this New Moon, so it’s important to prioritise your well-being and rest as much as you can.
